Having acne on your face is quite common, but unlike traditional acne, back acne (Bacne) can occur due to the clothing that we wear, and the day to day activities of our lives. Back acne can be directive about the dresses we wear and the level of comfort it gives us. Oil glands that secrete in our body due to hormonal changes are the prime reason for acne, which happens to be visible in back, face or chest. Generally the face, shoulders, back are maximum exposed areas and hence they have maximum oil glands secretion which is due to thousands of sebaceous glands which produce excess oil and can lead to clogged pores. That’s why these areas are more prone to acne.

Hormones: Hormones secretion is natural and it cannot be controlled unless proper diet and balance are maintained. It can be said that stress has a direct impact on the hormones in the body. Heredity: Heredity can also be a reason for acne. You would be at a greater risk of having acnes if one or both of your parents had acne.
Clothing: It is unfair to blame your super fit dresses to be one of the causes of acne. However, when someone has bacne already this acne can trigger the existing acne. While these dresses can be rubbing or pressure on the skin can irritate already inflamed follicles and exacerbate breakouts. It may be due to tight-fitting clothing, too-snug collars, backpacks, purse straps, and athletic pads or gear. Students, especially, may want to carry their books in a handheld bag, instead of wearing a heavy backpack. So it’s better to avoid such dresses that cause when you already have acne.
